Tesoro Vida is being developed by two lifelong friends who met as university classmates in Canada nearly 40 years ago.
One of us discovered this stretch of coast more than 20 years ago and quietly held onto the land, knowing it was special.
The other is a professional homebuilder in Canada who later fell in love with the area—and the vision of building something meaningful here. This isn’t a quick project or a speculative play.
It’s something we’re deeply invested in—personally and financially. We’re building the kind of place we want to spend our own time, surrounded by people who share similar values.
Playa Tesoro Turnkey Solutions
Each residential unit will be built to maximize the rental pool potential. A standard unit will be 3 bedroom with 2 kitchens. The interior arrangement will facilitate the rental of a 3 bedroom unit, a 2 bed + 1-bed combination with either the 1 bedroom upstairs or downstairs. The owner can also be present and have rental income simultaneously.
The Madera and Red Snapper Town Home section of Playa Tesoro is an easy, low-maintenance entry into this stunning beach property that offers everything you need in a tranquil setting on the Pacific Ocean.
